What is Knowledge Mapping?

People and organizations today face a growing need to be better at managing information and knowledge, be more innovative and productive, in an increasingly uncertain and demanding external environment. According to the World Economic Forum, there are 10 key skills for thriving in the Fourth Industrial Revolution:

- Negotiation

- Cognitive flexibility

Knowledge Maps significantly improve our ability to learn, teach, solve problems, think creatively and critically, and make good decisions. They have the unusual ability to represent and mirror the cognitive maps produced in our brains, responding to present and future challenges at work. Therefore, they are used in teaching-learning processes and strategic, intermediate, and operational management of organizations, including project management, meeting management, business planning, event planning, organizational collaboration, among others.
